This policy explains what personal data Good Paw Press collects when you visit goodpawpress.com or buy from us, why, who we share it with, and the choices you have. We keep it as short and plain as we can.
Good Paw Press is a trading name of Schmotzer Iuliana Paula PFA, Romania. We are the "controller" of your personal data. Contact: hello@goodpawpress.com.
We don't ask for, and you shouldn't send us, sensitive information. Information about your dog is not personal data about you unless you include personal details with it.

We never sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the store, under contracts that require them to protect it:
Some providers process data outside the European Economic Area (for example in the United States or Canada). Where they do, we rely on adequacy decisions (such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework for certified companies) or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
Essential storage makes the site work (remembering your cookie choice, security) and don't need consent. Analytics and marketing cookies, including the Meta pixel, are only set after you click "Accept" in our cookie banner. You can change your choice any time with the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.

You can ask us to access, correct, delete or export your data, to restrict or object to how we use it, and you can withdraw consent at any time (without affecting what we did before). Email hello@goodpawpress.com; we reply within one month. We may need to keep some order records where the law requires.
If you're in the EU/EEA, you can also complain to your local data protection authority. Our lead authority is Romania's ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro).
US residents: depending on your state, you may have rights to know, delete, correct and opt out of "sale" or "sharing" of personal data for targeted advertising. We don't sell personal data. Ad cookies such as the Meta pixel may count as "sharing" in some states; you can opt out by choosing "Essential only" in Cookie settings, and you can change it there at any time.
Our store is for adults. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
We use reputable providers, encrypted connections and limited access. No system is perfect; if a breach affects you, we'll tell you as the law requires.
We'll update the date at the top when this policy changes, and tell customers by email about significant changes.
