How to ask for a refund

Email hello@goodpawpress.com within 60 days of purchase, from the address you used at checkout (or include it). An order number helps but isn't required. You don't need to give a reason.
We start the refund within 3 business days. It is issued by our merchant of record, Polar Software Inc., back to your original payment method. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show it.
Each product is a separate purchase, so you can refund one (for example, only The Golden Kitchen) and keep the others.
After a refund, please delete the files. The bonus guides come with the main guide, so refunding the guide covers them too.
You can also contact Polar directly through your receipt; we honor the guarantee either way.

Every product we sell: The Good Golden (with or without the Printable Training Pack), the Printable Training Pack on its own, and The Golden Kitchen, wherever in the world you bought from.

EU and UK customers: your right of withdrawal

By law, EU and UK consumers normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital content, that right ends once delivery begins, provided you have expressly agreed to immediate delivery and acknowledged the loss of the right. Our merchant of record, Polar Software Inc., asks for and records that consent at checkout, in wording to this effect:

"I want immediate access to my digital downloads. I agree that delivery starts straight away and I understand that I therefore lose my 14-day right of withdrawal."

Agreeing to that waiver at checkout does not affect our voluntary 60-day guarantee: it applies on top of your legal rights, so you can still get a full refund for 60 days after purchase.

Your legal rights always apply

Independently of the guarantee, if a file is faulty, can't be downloaded, or isn't as described, you're entitled to a fix, a replacement or a refund under consumer law. Just tell us.

Please talk to us before a chargeback

If anything is wrong, one email is the quickest way to sort it out. Chargebacks take weeks; our refunds take days.

We may decline future orders from someone who repeatedly buys and refunds, but we will always honor the guarantee on the order in question.
